For the past 36 hours, we’ve been rebuilding this site after a malicious hacker attack. Managed to save content, but not the original design elements. Some readers have suggested the white bakground is preferred, so weigh in on any other design or content suggestions while we make a full recovery.

I definitely prefer the white background.

perhaps it’s age and bifocals speaking, but i prefer the previous layout with lighter print on the darker background…
Sorry to hear about the hack. I prefer the white background though! Much easier on the eyes.
